Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer Standard UK Delivery (3–5 business days) and Express UK Delivery (1–2 business days).
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free standard delivery is available on orders over £X (set your threshold).

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship to the UK and select international destinations.
  • International shipping times and costs vary depending on location.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at support@toolcentral.co.uk with your order number.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

  • We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products (such as custom or special-order items, hazardous materials, or gift cards) may be exempt from returns. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@toolcentral.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please email us to arrange this.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
