Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We offer Standard UK Delivery (3–5 business days) and Express UK Delivery (1–2 business days).
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free standard delivery is available on orders over £X (set your threshold).
International Shipping
- Currently, we ship to the UK and select international destinations.
- International shipping times and costs vary depending on location.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery Issues
- Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
- We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain products (such as custom or special-order items, hazardous materials, or gift cards) may be exempt from returns. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
Return Process
- Contact us at returns@toolcentral.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please email us to arrange this.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
